Construction Process

Surface Treatment

Steel with oxide scale: Sandblasting to Sa2 level; or removing the oxide scale and rust through acid pickling.

Steel without oxide scale: Polishing with an elastic grinding wheel to St3 level, or sandblasting to Sa2 level.

Steel coated with shop primer: Secondary derusting and grinding to St3 level for paint film damage and rust areas.

Welding, flame cutting or flame straightening combustion areas: Grinding to St3 level.

Construction Conditions

The construction temperature should be controlled between 5-40°C.

The relative humidity should be controlled at 20%-70%.
